Tencent Computer System Co., Ltd. – Full Time Intern

May. 2021 – Aug. 2021

  • Improved the recommender system for Tencent Kandian, achieved 19% increase in playtime with 0.18% increase in ctr
  • Migrated the model from the Tencent Hermes platform to TensorFlow and get an increase in playtime and ctr
  • Tested different models such as NFM, DSSM, DIEN, etc., creatively increasing the playtime by 66% without reducing ctr AUC

  • Soldered and wired the device, manufactured a 3D printed shell with Solidworks
